Instant MessagingRich presence that works with real time text based communication that allows users to communicate almost instantaneously with contacts.

  • Parties Presence Information. Have access to real-time user status information with all the ways you communicate: phone, conferencing, instant messaging, and e-mail. Rich Presence States includes Online, Busy, Away, Offline, Do not Disturb, Be Right Back, and customize notes their notes to provide additional information. It also lets user's presence state to update automatically to "In a Meeting" based on their personal calendar stored in Exchange.
  • Audio, Video Web Conferencing. Setting up a conference call is really easy. If you are in a phone call or in an instant message session, you can turn it into a conference call or videoconference with only a drag and drop. Single-click conferencing lets users select a group of contacts and easily initiate an IM, audio, or video conference. Supports voice and videoconferencing tools that include white boarding, polling and application and desktop sharing.
  • Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). With VoIP, users can use the telephone the same way and easy way that they would write an e-mail with Click-to-Call.
